Rayner Jones Employment Lawyers
"Offering first rate employment law advice and boardroom support at a reasonable cost is one of the main reasons that Rayner Jones Employment Law exists."
Working With Rayner Jones Employment Lawyers
The main motive behind creating Rayner Jones Employment Lawyers was to offer first rate Employment law and Boardroom support to businesses across the country, whilst offering pricing options to suit their budget and needs.

Meet the Team
Rayner Jones - Solicitor / Director
With more than 20 years’ experience as an Employment lawyer, and 10 years before that as a Corporate/Commercial lawyer, Rayner takes a wider view of a given situation and always gives advice based on the interests of the business as a whole.
He works mainly with Directors and Senior Managers in negotiating Service Agreements with their employers or favourable exit packages.
Before setting up Rayner Jones Employment Law he ran a boutique Employment law firm for 10 years, having previously run Employment law departments at a national firm and a large regional firm.
Rayner has three grown up children with his partner Rachel (a theatre nurse) and since two now live in Sydney, that tends to be where they head for any time off.
